Bonjour, and welcome to what I hope is an eclectic mix of French content that reflects my day to day encounters with news, commentary and learning materials, mainly from a variety of francophone sources that I follow on social media.

Eight conseils pour progresser rapidement en français
Here Nathalie Porte on her site Nathalie FLE offers very sound advice for improving your French. After years of trying different things I can honestly say that the advice offered here is what I ultimately distilled out after experimenting with many different approaches.

If you visit the web page there is an audio track of about 10 minutes that expands on the points shown in the video. Nathalie speaks at a normal conversational tempo so this is aimed at intermediate students, but there is a full transcript for those who can't follow the audio. The advice is equally pertinent for all levels.

As she says,

Bon !
