I receive very few comments with regard to this site but today it was a pleasure to open an email from the Lyndhurst Stem Club thanking me for the information presented in the Resources section. My aim in creating the site was to help people discover useful ways to improve their French and it is always gratifying to hear that I have succeeded in this regard.

Based in Lyon this site offers 5 videos per month for free account holders. There are unlimited videos if you pay a subscription, plus other learning aids.

They are short topical videos with French subtitles. You can also add English subtitles or select a slow motion mode, although this distorts the voices and I wouldn’t recommend it.
